That hardly seems possible. I can tell you that the horror and heartache from that day, at least for me, has changed over the years. I think of her every day, but instead of remembering that day in the hospital with sadness, I cling onto it as my memory of the day she entered our lives. Just like Harlynn changed your lives, our Cheryl Lori changed ours for the better. I still don't understand it, but now instead of feeling the sorrow of that day, I look forward to the day when she will be able to see her and feel her again, and that gives me so much comfort. Eight years later, though, I still think of her EVERY. DAY. I've never met you, Val, but I feel a connection with you because of our daughters.
